Arthri-Plus Return Policy

We understand that sometimes, despite our efforts to ensure the quality of our products, situations may arise that require a return. To ensure a satisfactory customer experience, please read our returns policy below carefully. Also, all of our products are fully approved by Health Canada as natural health products and are subject to strict quality control. The NPN number granted by Health Canada is clearly indicated on the product label and the product expiration date is printed on each unit. It is your responsibility to read the instructions and warnings and check the expiration date before using the product.

Return deadline
Customers have up to 7 days after receiving their order to begin the returns process.

Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or unusable.

Return Procedure
Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the returns process.
We ask for a clear photo of the damaged product, as well as the batch number and expiration date (in photo or transcribed, this information is clearly written on each product).
Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.

Product Replacement
Following approval of your return request, we will send you a replacement product of the same value.
The replacement may be the same product or another of equivalent value, depending on your preference.
If you want a different product of lower value, no refund will be made for the difference.

No refund is possible.
Returns for reasons other than products arriving damaged or unusable will not be accepted.
If there is an error in the product we have shipped, we will be happy to correct the order at our full cost including shipping.

Products obtained from another retailer
If you purchased your product through another retailer, please contact the retailer in question for return information. If you are still not satisfied, please contact us with information from your attempt at the original retailer.
